A buyer in Singapore would like to use his interbank giro to transfer funds to my RHB account (note his bank is not RHB). Can he do this? Or does he need go about it another way?

If RHB Bank (Malaysia) is in the list, i don't see why not.
Is he doing Interbank Transfer or Telegraphic Transfer?
Owh wait, are those the same thing?

Damn it, this gives me the headache.

i think not same ba, interbank transfer mean the bank network within country, and telegraphic transfer is for one country bank to another country bank..err i think most properly have to send by telegraphic transfer.
