im having a trouble with this issue. next week im going on a date with a girl. last we met was like 2 years ago and something tells me this date is going to be a special one shes chinese. not sure which one she prefers on a malay guy. would she like me to be clean shaven like or should i grow them so i look like johnny depp in pirates of the carribean? they say first impression is very important.

Depending on the preference, I would say most likes it neat. First impression is the most important but do not overflaunt yourself. Just take it easy with your attire so you are not overexpressing it but focus more on your look.
