Wire Transfer Maybank to POSB Singapore, some of my money went missing.

hmm i think is middle agent charge, i experienced b4, i TT to china supplier USD, gone around USD 21, then i call maybank , they say it because the middle agent charge. for foreign currency, usually have to been through middle agency, example if u wan transfer in USD then maybank hav to send your request to New York agency and buy USD, the agency got charge 1. i dunno in SGD lo, but in USD is like that.Anyone has had this happen before? Is Maybank at fault? I intend to go make some noise at Maybank on Monday if so. Anyone can give me some advice please?
