i have iphone 16gb...
last time i was walking on street...then i take my iphone... my hand so wet.. then my iphone fall down.. then has a big scratch and the casing like a Can of coca cola when u smash it... but on my iphone has it small... huhuuh.. then the battery finished so fast... huhuuhuh... if i bring to apple .. can apple fix it ?? or fix the body... huuhuuh.. almost cryin when i see the scratch and a things like hole..

oh bro, so sorry to hear tat..didn't ur seller warn u that the phone is so sensitive to physical damage? iPhone should always b used with casing, no matter wat kind..using it naked is asking for trouble

Btw vstar.. there r some ppl who sell spare parts here in forum and u can try to find in lyn.
but it will cost u rm300~500 for the casing..
i know this cause,recently there r a few sellers from kl who came down(everywhere) to
promote iphone with a DAMM CHEAP PRICE and they r giving 18 months warranty!
well what they do is...they buy in bulk for example, 100 unit,
they prob take 1 or 2 unit and open up the iphone..
when ppl come back with warranty(assuming) only warranty to software n sutff..they will help to fix it
but if it's hardware prob like ur probs, they will like sell those spare parts to them.,
tt's how they do business..

haha, i'm using my iPhone naked without any casing to protect my iPhone... just put my iPhone into a handphone pouch whenever i go out.... just don't feel like putting any bulky case and spoil the nice image of my iPhone... but of coz i handle it EXTRA CARE!! i definitely won't take it out with my hands wet though.... anyway vstar, sorry to hear about your iPhone and its scratches.....

Cheer up dude, I know how you feel. At least you got the scratching part out of the way so subsequent scratches won't hurt so much. The problem now is the faulty phone. Repair/spare parts gonna cost a bomb. And that is if you can find someone who can identify and solve your problem. That's the big issue, you don't know for sure what is wrong with your phone.

I know this is because I eventually sold a few unit of iPhone to some bloody rich uncle at my place,nice profit margin than lyn forum..but recently some salesman came to my cousin phone shop n trying to sell,and eventully I know the person too..so we talked abit n that is how I got to know,I could also provide such a service like them too,cause I hv capital to do so,but not enuf of source to help me bring In iPhone for them,they wan quantity(unit sold) than profit margin

i also feel tat iphone grip is not so good,vry easy 2 get slep away frm hand when ur hand is wet

Thats why everyone dress their iphone with casing that has good grip.

True. You will regret you didnt use casing when your phone drops

even if you are using casing .. a slip from the hand onto the hard ground ..might not save your iphone
yea cosmestically it's flawless .. but can it guarantee nothing jump out of place inside the iphone?
the best is just taking very close care when handling your iphone... but no matter what ... eventually your phone will take a tumble... sooner or later ...
it's the matter when and where ....

There's a lot of cases out there can even make your iPhone looks better than nakedly. =)

for a moment i was thinking of how sometimes clothes can make a women sexier than being naked haha but the feel of the naked iphone is better, sorry for your loss ts :/

Yeah the feel of the naked phone is nice ... but how do u feel once its drop to the tarmac?

Better safe than sorry. Once in a while just get the phone out from its protective shell and caress all day long if u want to. But when wanna use outside ... put back in casing.

I know some might say if use casing ... it might protect the phone cosmetically but we don't know what happens inside. For me, since i've open the iphone before ... it will take more that few knocks and drops to loosen the parts in there unless u got a shoddy workmanship on the phone from the start.

Which one do u prefer, cosmetically damage phone + MAYBE damage internal part or cosmetically saved phone + MAYBE damage internal part? If the internal part is not damage ... then who benefit more? That the question u need to ponder upon.
