I'm looking to list some properties for sale/rent on iproperties.com , anyone tried it? I saw some real estate negotiator posting dozens of list under them, and I wonder is it free of charge?

I've seen the fees, it's RM100 to get a spot for 3 months which expensive. That's why I wonder what about those negotiators with 60++ listing under them... they must be paying a huge amount of fees then.

compare to how much they earn per house they manage to sell, rm 100 is peanuts ....

darkmage, I think he's talking about the negotiators and not as a qualified and licensed agent. % will depend on the agreed amount between negotiators n the agent, that's my guess tongue.gif .

haniff44, good point there... but gotta take into account of other costs as well, good n hot property of course good la tongue.gif i think, what about inactive ones..

AFAIK there are many agents which put property negotiators on their card. They might not be qualified but are definitely licensed and the % amount i do agree is negotiable but then many agents nowadays straight come up wih the 2% commission

there are many websites where u can put up ur property for sale /rent FOC. advertise in many sites is better than depending on 1 reputable site, word of mouth also helps !
