new invention

- 3 Position Woofer off-axis compensation (0˚, 30˚, 60˚) provides exceptional dynamics and detail while bringing the music up front and center, as if the listener is in the front row of a live performance
- Bi-amp capability
- Add an additional 6-1/2" driver and crossover package (TXC6.0) to create a 3-way solution, creating improved detail, imaging and sound dynamics

they also make comparison these set with focal & mbQ..

read detail MBQ vs Focal vs MTX

didn't thought MTX can produce some SQ products... Thought they always concentrate on the woofers and amps. Quite an improvement. Need to get a chance to audit these stuffs.

MTX NOW SHIPPING THE SWEETEST SOUNDING CAR AUDIO SPEAKERS IT HAS EVER CREATED

MTX Audio is proud to announce that it is shipping the 6.5" model of the sweetest sounding high-end component speakers that it has ever created - theTXC6.1
Featuring glass fiber woven woofer cones with aluminum deposition and a 25mm Teteron tweeter, the TXC6.1s were designed for superior imaging, detail, sound quality, and dynamic range. The specifically designed crossover distributes frequencies properly to maximize the musical performance of each driver.

Engineered with superior components, the 2-way, bi-ampable, 18dB/12dB octave crossover network is designed for superior imaging and sound quality. They have been optimized for off-axis or on-axis listening and include a 5 level tunable tweeter network for optimum imaging regardless of tweeter placement or positioning. In addition, the woofer has a 0, 30, and 60 degree off-axis compensation. The TXC series also offers an add-on mid-bass driver and/or tweeter that further defines the musical experience. The TXC6.0 is an additional woofer that can change this 2-way system into a true 3- way system while the TXC.1 is an additional tweeter that adds a new dimension to the imaging.
