LG PG60 is RM4899 with divx playable via usb
Panny PV80 is around RM45XX with jpg playable via sdhc unless forumers here can offer cheaper price for that LG PG60 it's better to get panny and if wanna play divx get a dvd player with that capability costing a couple of hundred ringgit only, still total cheaper |

question - i have old original dvd.. bought when dvd is starting to take off circa 2001-2002
now that i have a hd ready plasma tv... but i haven't got a hdmi dvd player... will the PQ be different if i play the dvd using my normal pioneer dvd player compared to hdmi player? in other words, do i really need to get a hdmi dvd player... or should i just save money and wait for a blueray player to be more reasonably price This post has been edited by imr4n: Aug 5 2008, 04:56 PM |

quote: "obviously, the first thing that makes the difference is the looks of the Sammy. the gloss frame makes it look more elegant and stylish against the to me, more dull-looking Panny."...
People, when u buy a tv, the duller the frame is the better lah for viewing... when u go to the cinema u don't look at the frame right? in fact there is no frame... that's because it makes ur cinema viewing distracting... so don't choose a tv based on the look of the screen, it's a gimmick... buy with better PQ.. some of the salesman are just salesman, they just say any BS as long as they'r able to do sales
power of advertisement makes sony and samsung look like a better brand than panasonic |
