I just got my panny pv80H too .. astro looks good .. with NR set to med. The default contrast is too high for my preference ... so set mine to Eco and turned on Power mgmt ...

overall excellent pictures and colours .. great when watching NGEO.

Only thing not that happy is sound clarity ... Seems a bit weak/muddled for my liking. Found myself having to adjust volume up for conversations to hear people speak and lowered down when there is lots of action ..

My Sony 21 LCD with BBE sounded much better... maybe a trick to get you to buy their home theatre sound system as well ...
