why is it that our malaysian LCD/Plasma discussion forums are chatting so slow and unresponsive at times compare to say , singapore forums .
is it because singaporean purchasing power is greater , more brands, models and series available there ,more educated in this issue etc
or malaysian are simply too lazy to discuss or give opinion or just 'tak boleh'
come on lah malaysian

Maybe due to the price factor which limits our interest (for average consumer like me....) therefor it leave us not much choices...... but just those lower price model....
Just check the latest price for Pio 428, there are selling for s$2999 (approx RM69XX) but in M'sia we still get around RM86XX... sad though...
Same goes for the PV8 for s$1799 (plus 5 yrs, s$500 voucher) & PV80 for s$2199 (plus 5 yrs, s$500 voucher) from HN HD road show......

yes in singapore , whenever there's a roadshow , its dirt cheap compare to malaysia
perhaps if the tv manufacturer here lower their prices comparable to usa and singapore , it could trigger more interest here and generate more posting by members
maybe all potential buyer here should boycott tv buying for a few months and lets see if prices will drop due to rising inventory
yup the pio428 and pany pv8 and pv80 is cheap in singapore at the recent HN sales

not buying lah but always like to know if the current best price can be beaten by Jusco. Its highly possible considering they give 10% discount, plus another 10% cash vouchers and further cash rebates, points, plus interest free installments. in the end, final price could be 4k nia or less. but usually they give only 5% off for electrical barang

RX330 just made me realize something - there is no such thing as HD Ready Plasma TV. Even pioneer 428 cannot be consider as HD Ready....
