To all Sifu,

I plan to get a 32-40" LCD/ Plasma TV. My budget is RM4500.
Currently i plan to get Pana Plasma, coz can watch sports with no problem but in order to get Full HD 1920X??? Plasma TV, it is too expensive... Any LCD with 100MHz Motion Flow and Full HD selling around 4k? Sony latest V400 is full HD for 40" but no motion flow.. when u watch sports sure blur blur 1...

please advise

Hi all,just bought a new Philips 32' LCD TV model 32PFL5203 from carrefour yesterday.

Was so happy when i bought it back. But after i turn on to watch TV(normal TV stations)......>< terrible.....the quality is terrible. Even when playing with PS2. But when watching DVD it is excellent.

Any ideas how improve the quality when watching local TV stations? Is there a device to make it better?Like a good cable or something??? Need serious help you.

i might be getting V series if the price difference is ok....where is your shop?

DONT EVER GET S SERIES.... My dad using V 300 Series until now also no prob but my dad bought another S series for my granny... 1 week straight "Kong" liao... bring back to the shop and top up to get V series... until now also no prob.... But to be frank... i dun think get Sony a good choice... regret to recommand my dad to get the lcd... coz i tot got Astro Enhancement Mode sure good for watching Astro... Mana tau also so so only...

Also, i notice Sony "GADGET" all focus on 3 basic colours, even for my Alpha camera... all image produce rich in red, green and yellow... sometimes i feel it is not natural.... For LCD... i recommand Toshiba(more natural, i heard they use 6 colour in LCD)... while for Plasma... i recommand Pana or Pioneer( if u got the money ).. lastly, for Camera i recommand Nikon and Fujiflim... LOL...

Anyway, i am planning to get a Pana plasma around 4-5k... cheers

but i felt so amaze with the sony promoters when they on closing sales with always 1 and only 1, " Do u know sony, so do i need to explain how good it is.....?" i would reply them i dunno bravia if i were the customer and the astro enchanment in sony was stripped off due to massive complains, i would say either toshi or panny (700mk one) are better than it in so call astro enchanment....

adrian, do update me ur price on the full hd mode when it is arrived, she changed her mind from 50" while 32lx800 and blu ray player are here on last week, waiting to be testing soon...
