Would like to buy a house in Puchong? Any recommendation?
The price is around RM200k. Freehold.

General location, price and land tenure are your only criteria? Nothing else?

So you looking for a new house or second hand?

For new properties there are no freehold double storey houses that is below RM200k, not that I know of anyway tongue.gif

Around RM200k is insufficient you'll need somewhere in the region of RM250k to RM350k for double storey, freehold and decent location in Puchong.

Second hand you could try cruising around Taman Puchong Utama 6 unit sizes are small 18 x 60 feet going for around RM200k.

Which location is the best for new and old house? Which taman? Because I am not familiar with Puchong.

Puchong is big.
And btw, it doesn't concern us on where is the location.
The point to ask yourself:
1) Where is your work place?
2) Where is your usual hang out? i.e. friends and family's house.

No point driving to work from Klang every day towards a working place like say....Ampang which one needs to pay tols and get stuck in a bad jam whereby time to commute in between takes 2-3 hrs. Get my point?!
