Get the colour u want and buy a clear coat spray to protect the coloured paint. Ask the hardware shops, they know. If u want good paint it'll cost $$$.
Bout the arylic . . . no idea

To spray use the normal can spray would do . . . before that u better try any method to take off the old paint, or the new lyaer of paint will peel like it did on mine

if u sand be careful . . . get a finer sand paper or not got lotsa scratches. If u wan safe then get spirit or any paint remover.
