Maybe its due to the tinted process, where they use quite some force to get the tint stick evenly.

guys,
i normally lock all window...n i didn`t smoking inside my car..i only use my driver window...but sometimes i do switch down other window...y its happen again is a question..
...but what spiroth said is true...when i came to do tint...the tint staff tells that, they take xxxxxxxxxxxtra precaution(

)..i ask y?he said sometimes when they tint the waja...the window will fall down...happen to some of their customer...they fix its by themself...

..luckily when they tint my car there`s nothing happen..just a small scratch..
