Me.. The gap between tyre and fender is about 2 finger for both front and rear.

wanna install lowered spring, but i've scraped the bottom part of the front bumper twice, once in alamanda going to da roof car park n in bangsar trying to make a uturn at some1 house...

about da fc, rm30 will get u 150km before the empty tank lights up... some1 mention that can push like 40++km more... tried again today, manage to push until 180km, wanna push sumore but scared abis minyak suddenly n i got a meeting to catch...

da wired thing is that da display say that u still have like 60++ km when da light is on... continue driving for 10km, see again onli got --.-km....

2 finger between tyre n fender? so high? izit ur finger in horizontal way or vertical?

Just picked up the car.

Having a few common problems:

1. Buzzing sound come from somewhere(i dunno wht is it called) at 2.5-3k rpm...
2. Heavy Steering and Allignment not properly done.
3. Come with stupid good year tyres instead of continental , going to change to michellin tmr.
4. Balancing not done...vibrating steering when crusing 110km/h.


Anyway, about the problem number 1..who has fixed it?

Your's is MT or AT? Can you describe more problem no 1? Just want to know if my car is having the same problem.

BTW, does waja cps use projector headlamp? what it is actually? hehe

hehe, after doing 1st service, now i'm starting to rev kaw-kaw..... , although not that "kaw"...ahahha

Er, it is when you reach certain gear and certain speed you car will have buzzing sound..dunno come from where, if i am not mistaken some members also encounter the same problem.

Added on April 21, 2008, 10:32 pmya mine also got... from the steering there... is like the engine vibration vibrate to drive shaft then to steering plastic then hitting the meter plastic thinggy... lol... dono whether is just my prob or everyone is having the same prob..
mine is abt the same on 2.5k-3k rpm will have tat sound

btw... for MT cps bros.. does ur gear when masuk gear 1 tat time... if not properly position it will bounce back the gear and will hear the gear gosok each other??
i always have this prob le.. like the gear already in position but actually is not >.<

ooo, like that aaa...maybe not the same....

i'm not sure whether this is a problem or not... when I want to "pecut" my car from 20km -50km/h, maybe 2nd gear, feels like something from engine bay is vibrating(or the engine itself??). after that speed, or gear change. it will gone.... hmm

u mean like a rough sounding vibration beneath ur left leg?? does it happen in between 2500-3000 rpm??

u r most welcome. i cant remember exactly but i guess 70km/h is not a prob at all. with 4 people in the car and boot full of luggage, i dont feel my car underpower when going uphill, can overtake others summore i think uphill is not a prob for this waja, if road condition is alot better and no big lorries blocking my way.........

got this prob b4, complaint during 1st service and pesc managed to solved it. they said vibration of engine at that rpm on 2nd gear (maybe maximum vibration occur at this point) causing radio unit touching plastic part at the back. they take out the radio and put some alas between that part. and the sound stop after that

however, the sound comes back after my 'camel trophy' journey. might be that alas tanggal already or that prob infected other parts..

Then i go service COE lor...must get the issue fix....and do you guys feel your steering very heavy arr

em, not my left leg, usually i felt it at the stereng wheel...can feel the vibration more power .. if not mistaken, i think maybe during that engine speed range as u said..but i only feel it during pecut time, if normal(leisure) driving, it doesnt occur

Added on April 21, 2008, 11:12 pmEm, i also felt that waja steering is heavy(not to heavy, its ok actually, you should go check )..compared to perdana and accord(personal exp).. yesterday, drove perdana 4 the 1st time after almost a month driving waja, felt the steering is much lighter than waja....hehe

i think its heavier than old saga, myvi, but still ok for me. i donno whats the standard feel like bc thats the only car ive drive b4
