just get the tint with waranty of 5 yrs..  so JPJ wanna saman u.. just let them saman lo then claim back from the tint shop
actually normal tint already good enuff d.. as the aircon v cold, and our glass is with UV coated.. already helps alot 

Carefour has one that lock from the brake pedal to the steering. Priced aorund RM 90++ if I'm not mistaken. Should work well with our thick steering wheels.

I asked around and the info I got was, since our rides already come with UV glass, adding normal tint will already make the glass alot darker than a normal glass. How does yours look Sphiroth? Significantly darker?

my tinted is no brand 1.. chap ayam haha.. but in silver colour.. in the end come out green due to the original UV coated >.< but still looks ok la.. althought on the begining i wanted silver 

Our UV glass has a brownish tinge to it. Seems to be turning everyone's tint to green! 

I think I'll go for black tint...and black 16 inch wheels 

The UV glass blocks UV ray, but not ifrared(heat).

Ya, the aircon is dammmmn cold, morning and night, have to occasionally turn off the compressor, else too cold...

Need to get my tinted soon, considering 3M, my client is running the shop, will try to get him for a quote..

How can A/T service cost be lower than 150 if you did engine and gear oil change.

One more question, Proton did use mineral engine oil right when they gave us the car? If not, I would like to revert back to mineral to flush the engine, since syntetic tends to stick to bore wall.

On break-in (I'm on unconventional school, bear in mind), bascially just push the car occasionally, but dont acclerate macam orang gila la. push-release, push-release..kind-of.
And use mineral oil. Flush at 1000km. Or earlier. Ala..sukahatila..nothing is cast and stone anyway..

But somehow, I notice a significant difference in heat compared to my previous untinted ride when parked at the same uncovered parking spot.

Haha. But in a way, you can delay the next gear oil change. That's what I did on my Myvi anyway. And you can flush the steel bits in the transmission early before it worn your gear teeth.

I'm not a car expert though I took automotive during my tenure as a student. Just my 2 cents and to comfort my feeling as well. HEHE.
