- Location: after federal highway batu3 toll, exit and turn to the right hand side , it will be on ur right hand side.

- Developer : Magna Prima , famous project : Avare , 6star serviced condo next to KLCC
- Early bird discount = 10K
- Phase II (2nd tower) = 10% increase in price vs 1st tower.

the adress will be shah alam, at section u1 shah alam, near the Giant , Tesco..just next to federal highway after batu3 toll.

The price listed after 10% discount? seems like a bit pricy in term of location wise...

kinda agree with no prob, seems rather pricey for a SAlam LH properties and a rookie developer.

Better buy elsewhere?

- Price increase 3% for Phase 1 today.
- Another increase of around 20K for Phase 2 unpon launching in end April coz phase 1 almost sold out and no more 10K early bird discount.
- I just booked 2units at higher floor KL view, will decide whether to proceed with buying or not later (money stucked else where), anyone wants the old price, can PM me. if wanto buy own unit, i can get intro rebate of 500 for u.
- btw, 2009 MSU open near there, http://www.msu.edu.my

booked only, fully refundable, the salesman is more than happy that i can help him to keep 2units ( actually one is on behalf of colleague) at old price , later i quit he can still sell n make $$.

previous deal , not yet kaotim, so money stucked.

now got interested buyer for my tenanted unit, surveying market price now, dilemma between making quite profit by selling or keeping for consistent rental income...

u r right, tht's y i withdrew my booking on U1 discounted unit.
