btw, about the wagyu beef...last time i ate was in zen...i don't think i can give you much information because i'm not a japanese....but i do know that in japan, they do have different grades based on where the beef is from and the price vary...but in malaysia,i guess we don't have much choices since they need to import it...most here eat is as steak....the last time i ate, it was raw and dipped in raw eggs and it tasted nice as well....i think that's all i know for now....

yup...the way i ate it, in japan that dish is called yukke....i'm not sure if they called it that over here or not...but should be the same as japan...so maybe you could try it....but better try ask beforehand if it's fresh or not....

i don't think they serve this for buffet...as wagyuu is very very expensive....but for beef lover,i think it's a must try....it's known to be the highest quality for beef so.....they also serve wagyuu steak for western restaurant or steak house i think...so if you like it the western style then maybe you can try at those places...since yukke is raw meat + raw egg, not everybody can take that i guess....

my company in japan also got restaurants one mah,must know a bit mah...i'm hoping my boss would open one over here...he did mentioned but don't know serious or not...hope next week when he comes,then see got mention again or not...

got 6 i think,different restaurant different style....more for drinking and enjoy light food rather than heavy food...and all specialize in different food...
