So, i just need to wait till K850i can be modded, and in term of performance and stability K850 really lose to K800/810. hopefully after K850 can be modded, no BROD and camera quality will enhanced.

definitely agree wit u... still prefer k810 afte using k850... haiz... guess itz time to downgrade back to k810 again... noble blue or ivory gold or the silver color tat we 'requested' ?? haha...

The "Light" option is behaving like a small torch light.

I guess your screen turning to dark could be caused something like 'a power-save' function.
It could be a feature for this modal.

I am not sure if you are able to access to switch ON or OFF this function.

Once a while, I will touch the keypad to check to see with a dim lighted screen if there is a New Event.
I guess this method is not feasible for you.

js the color only...perhaps normal color (blue n green) already too common, thats why when quicksilver available, ppls intend to choose quicksilver version...so thats why it run out of stock fast

IMO, i think quicksilver kinda suitable for those businessman... blue n green more to trendy color...

Just bought a Luminous Green K850i.
Overall is ok, just the responding is a bit slow and the 3 touch screen button i feel not that sensitive (maybe my fingernail too long)... have to cut my fingernail to use this phone... haha

check firmware, like i was adviced earlier as well - did a firmware upgrade and its all fine now ... though the phone book can still be sometimes lagging if we press too fast or the when inserting contacts to sms and sending ...

as Aishiteru^Suki & squall_kay both of them said, different color make the different.

oh yah, one thing here..if u guys notice, some K850i side body is silver color while front & back black.. IMO, i prefer full black with blue/green/silver lining

Congrats.. the 3 touch keys u'll get used to it after 24 hours

i checked d.. exactly the same with what in the 1st post..
it just abit laggy when i wan go into menu... other, is still ok with me..

haha... i'm trying hard to get use with that 3 touch key...
but that battery life really give me a shock, my friends playing around take some pictures, half of my battery gone..

that happened to if turn on 3G mode


ATM, i guess K850i FW haven't resolved the lighting sensor produce black picture output ( duno whats the exact term)problem (turn on flash, point to brightness place/lighting lamp bulb would produced black picture output)..

as I tested at K810i, snap pic while use my finger cover the lighting sensor (the small dot beside mirror) would facing same problem
