mai kow chai ur problem....

1. ur frame for the screen is not square on all sides, resulting in 1 side longer than the other... use a planer to shave off the side that is 41++. Don't just check the length, be sure to check that all 4 corners are square...

2. the projected picture is not a perfect 16:9 rectangle.... then make sure that the projector is sitting level and the lense is exactly parallel with the wall/screen.

Could the wall as our Malaysia's house building is WORLD CLASS and very creative. Can see tsunami waves formation on the wall surface.

Else, check whether the pj is parallel as suggested by jasonlky. You got the erm.... the device to check balance (ping sui chek)
