I don't think that's fair to him, to be honest.

Yes he was a permanent backmarker during his time in F1. Yes he's not doing too well in this year's A1GP.

But people seem to forget that he once had a 7th place finish in the 2002 Australian GP. Had it been 2003 or later he would have gotten 2 Championship points. and this was in a desperately underpowered Minardi.

In A1GP he's won 4 races in total, 2 pole positions, and 2 fastest laps. And remember that all the cars in A1 are equal to each other, so it's a fair race between drivers.

These records are not to be laughed at. It's bloody impressive even.

ultimately, can any one of you claim that you're a BETTER driver than him? absolutely not. put yourself in his shoes and you'll know how hard it is to shine in the world of motorsports.

He, along with Karamjit Singh, are world class racing drivers and truth be told, neither of them are getting the respect they deserve.

act alex yong is not bad de especially in A1...his performance getting better n better.but wanna b champion rly difficult coz A1 is a racing tht involve all the countries...

Did anyone knows that the Minardi Alex drove last time was the only model in that whole championship that do not have a power steering? And you know how hard is it to control a car like this when you're facing lots of burden at that speed? Although he don't have much achievement, but I'm supporting him.
