Your address is not so important although it is better to use a "Real" address. The postcode is the most important input.

Although i think you might regret keying your cc details as it will never go off their server. Getting a prepaid cc or buying ms points cards are better choices. Of course using CC direct is more convenient, no question about that.

GH and other local game shops do sells pre-paid microsoft live points for you to purchase maps, games and other xbox live goodies. They also sell pre-paid membership subscriptions. (They sell both!) If i recall correctly, i think they are selling 1600 points for RM87++. Somewhere around that price i think. May be wrong.

Anyway, i heard that you can only buy MS points via xbox live if your xboxlive subscription is paid via credit card as well. Anyway just go to any local shops like GH and buy the card, go to your xbox live key in your pre-paid code, and viola, you have 1600 points deposited in your gamer tag account


Alternatively you can purchase those pre-paid cards for MS points via play asia website.

after that the error appears without fail........

Doubt it. My XBL was paid by credit card, but I tried using the same card to buy points but cannot.

I can't even get my xbl to be paid by CC ...

My trick is just to keep trying and trying and trying. And when you least expect it... it goes through...
