Dude, TF is juz like Gundam HG, MG. For example gundam both grade oso got Freedom gundam.

We can assume tat TF got Deluxe (juz like HG), Voyager class (juz like MG bigger), and Leader class (PG class), i mean de differences among the classes.

The picture you showed above, the big starscream was voyager class, small one is fast activation class (u can assume like gundam FG grade).

For you my fren, If you want to collect 1 set without duplication. You can collect:

Voyager: Optimus Prime, Megatron, Bulkhead, Starscream.
Deluxe: Rachet, Bumblebee, Prowl, Blackarachnia... due to the size ratio.
