hello there gals.. i couldn't find a better forum to post my question.. anyway i'm a 23 male and i hv a problem with my breasts they are big and that cozed me alittle embaresment when i ever go to swim or get undressed.. actually the embarecement comes when i hv a close friend with me swimming and frankly i don't care about the other ppl..

so my question is where can i hv this precedure done ?

Zzzz, go gym. There will be an instructor to guide u to shape ur chest. And take less chicken. Coz chicken hormon is high which will reproduce size of breast.

well i've been in the gym for 6 months swimming futsal.. the upper part of my chest is getting better i lost about 3.8 inches but the lower part i lost only 2 cm so i decided to it the other way.

i'm a vegetarian and i eat only fish once in a while...
