i'll have to try .327 and the later version to determine
maybe different ISP provider and different pc specs will determine the speed

try to limit the download to only 2 or 1 at 1 time instead of 4 at 1 time
and limit ur upload speed
if not, maybe the peers limited their upload speed dy
