Not worth the travelling time from my personal experiences, as I was brought there a couple times by my customers from klang who are 'ketam kia' many years ago. Dunno about now, but fresh water has to be bought from the mainland as the island doesn't have it's own source of supply.

Anyway i will agree if u say that place is filthy Really ah? must be bad timing for me then. Anyway, heard from locals that it is a popular transit place for indon illegals.

QUOTE(stimix @ Aug 9 2014, 06:13 PM) No. That place pop almost 99% chinese. That's why long time ago ppl called it Little Hong kong. Transit point is actually those unnamed jetties surrounding mainland Selangor all hidden from Authorities such as those in Banting, Pulau Carrey, Sepang & etc. For sure not Pulau Ketam bcos if they landed in that village, They have to find another boat to carry them to mainland..bad idea.. sumore.. the pop on the island definitely will not help unless $$$$ Little Hong Kong how come people there all teochew? Li Ka Shin kampong?
