Hello mods, admins & staffs

I personally feel that minor offenders list is no longer serving its purpose. Or its better to be said that it has been abandoned or no longer utilized.

So I would like to suggest a tag (Minor Offenders tag) for those who fit into that category.
I understand that this has been already suggested earlier - more info on previous thread
This thread was closed because it was told that admin are coming up with something called, "Trade Zone Member-to-Member Feedback corner".
Looks like this plan takes time & not easy to implement.
That is the reason I suggest for a MO tag.
Other reasons for this tag will be:
- those who are trading with MO will be more alert.
- those who still want to deal with MO have no excuse to complain if things goes wrong, as there was already a clear indication (the tag) on the risk of dealing with a person tagged with MO
- Those MO who does it repeatedly or worst case can even deny their mistake will now realise the effect of such action.

Well, definitely there should be exception. Maybe the MO can appeal to remove the tag after sometime (maybe 1 year) & mods/admins can decide whether or not to remove based on their past 1 year activities in LYN.

If what I said above doesn't seems to be effective, then I have another idea.

Everybody's profile should have a portion for trade information.
Under that category, there should be a bar for Minor offence & serious offence (maybe). Each time they commit an offence, the bar should increase 10%. When it reaches 100%, that person should go for a holiday. (it's similar to the bar shown to given warning etc. Don't know how to explain, maybe mods/admins can look below my profile )

Hopefully someting good is implemented. I see minor offences are increasing but those who makes that offence doesn't seems to care about it & repeating it.
