Yes, Vendilion Clique is strong for a flashable 3/1 body with builtin disruption.
I don't usually board out Bitterblossom, but in round 2 and 7, my opponent had enchantment removals, so I was actually sideboarding against their sideboarded deck. Whether it was a good decision is another matter, but I figured it was a good risk to take since the opponent would have 2, 3 suboptimal sideboard cards in the deck instead.

While I must say price competition among retailers is a good thing for us players, I believe the profit margin for MTG products is slim as it is. If you're willing to sell the packs at $9, you can just sell them at $10 each and throw in a free booster for every 10 boosters they buy. Or that is not allowed as well?

Michael, I'm not able to come tonight, but I've passed the $150 deposit to Zu Yong. I'll pay the rest and get the cards from you later.

Firstly, a belated congratulation to those on the Nats' top tables.
It seems that Wizards' following the current WOW's PT equivalent tournament format where we have first day constructed, second day draft, top 8 constructed. Now players have to be an all-rounder, no more constructed-only-specialist.
BTW, Ong from Toy Box (Taman Paramount) told me that they'll be selling 510 booster packs for RM8.50 each in conjunction with the Merdeka day celebration.
Also, good luck to those in Manilla next week for the Grand Prix.

ashburn: Ong (one of the store's owner) did not mentioned anything about having to be a member to be eligible for the promotion. But to be certain, give them a call. As for the playmat, you can order them online at http://sales.starcitygames.com//carddispla...p?product=52053You guys might want to start a bulk order or something to save shipping cost, etc.
