I signed up to be a trial user last week.
they called me on monday, and told me that i would get the modem by saturday (yesterday).
i still havent got it yet, i called them and they said they'd get back to me tomorow.

lets see how prompt this customer service really is..

*and if the modem burns on me, i'll be f*ckd.

It looks as if p1 w1max gives good speed at gombak.

im still waiting for my trial modem...
i called them again, and they said they'll check.

this is taking forever. and the most disappointing thing is that they told me that i would get it last week.
