LOL P1 is an ISP... wimax is the technology... and IMO, wireless internet will sux to gamers and downloaders... imagine u r downloading somthing big and tat webserver doesnt allow resume on ur download manager... at 98%, the line is drop.. omg... i'll hang to streamyx. i got very good speed at my place, low ping at garena, torrents up and running, download manager goes to 200kB w/ 8 connections, speedtest to msia server got 1.4mbps. wimax will particularly be the same as celcom and maxis 3g. if u guys juz do the surfing and mailing like any other businessman do, then wimax is a good option. and oh, dont be fooled by their "up to 3.6mbps!! or up to "4.8gbps!!" crap. they will always stated there "on best effort" which will never be reached. period.

When is the last time you touch your streamyx? lol. 200kb using http? If its during midnight or local connection or ever 'last time' its possible. But now? Wake up buddy.

Streamyx download and upload speed is guaranteed for local content access only. TM is not responsible for the low speed of either download or upload of international content access.

anytime of the day and anytime of the night. i touch my streamyx everyday. tmnet is not responsible, so i got 200kB, they are not responsible, who cares? its a good speed! i got a 2mb conn for juz 1mb bill icon_idea.gif jeles edi? yey!

ok wateva this thread is about, question is, in general is this better then streamyx?

BETTER if u r juz a light to medium users only, email, surf, frenster, ym, skype...
NOT SO BETTER if u r gaming with it or hardcore downloading with it...

wireless internet have a lot of losses = high ping
