IT [HELP] Go For UTAR / TARC?

Now i'm as the Year 2 Diploma student from TARC. My course is Information System Engineering (ISE).
Now i'm blur to choose whether go for advance diploma at TARC or go for degree at UTAR. Is it the advance diploma with the Campbell's degree / Top - Up program at UK better than UTARs' degree? Please be kind & give me some advice!  Is it the UTAR will shift to Perak for all the courses? Which is the Petaling Jaya UTAR is don't have any intake by this May 08? |

Thats why i'm thinking whether study at TARC will i get the better way for my career in future? Quite hard to accept the rent at Setapak there!

If i going to UTAR, i need to wait until Jan 2009 intake. During that time, the PTPTN will call me to pay back the loan?

PJ UTAR don't have intake at May 08. There force us go to UTAR Kampar there at Jan 2009.
