how to get fluffier thicker hair?

hey girls.. ermm i'm a guy with shoulder length hair (female tag for kopitiam purposes)
anyway i have naturally straight hair, very straight, and sometimes its really flat short of perming it and tedious product + blow drying from below (?) is there any shampoos or whatever that can make my hair not so flat? |

Volumizing shampoo and hair mousse. But in order to get thicker hair or create the illusion of thicker hair, it's best to get it layered or highlighted as it creates a thicker illusion.
