b'coz u're the onli 1 who has the 5800 in hand by the moment
in my experience, the mid-ranged handset from nokia is always priced close to the price estimated by themselves
exp: 5610 priced at 300Euro when annouced, then while 1st released in malaysia = Rm1300, 5320 pricet 220 euro, 1st release in malaysia = Rm1000, both also not much difference than the estimated

i think this might going to happen on 5800 as well
estimated retail price by nokia : 279euro = RM12XX
so it probably won't exceed 1500(or even below 1400) IMO.

remember i thing important is, nokia target this model as a mid-range handset, not those high-ended N series.
the price will not be too over like we always seen on the N serises.

btw : smashpop, is there an option of notification light in the setting? what does that function affects on the handset? is it the missed calls and sms notification light? if yes, which part of the phone is being affected?
