No problem over here. No light leakage over here. Guess its an assembly variation where tolerance is concerned. The buttons and the screen overlay having a gap where light is leaked out.
Probably to suit first timer of touchscreen phone where users might want to use their nails, pens, and other 'pointy' objects. You can't do the same with capacitive screen. You must use your finger/skin. Nails won't work here.
