Ha... I previously ask the same question. Thinking about roomba 560. I think taxable but always can try "modified invoice" to avoid tax. I give up on the unit after reading on the reliability issue of roomba. Another problem is you might need to mod the power supply to 240v. Some report mention step down transformer doesn't work and local distributor will not sell you the charger if you never buy roomba from them.

Most people report some problem after 3 months of usage. So my best solution, get a maid to do the job!
