to put into record straight as per my earlier mail to you, the listing stated clearly that it contains refrigerant - which is a gas, and lubricant - which is oil...

if you put gas into a cannister, it would be pressurized even if it is at 0.1bar, ie. 1 psi....

for lubricant, it would be burn above 300C which is similar to other oil propeties like our cooking oil...

for you kind info, air-cond refrigerant is non-flammable whereby if it so, all frontal car accidents would result in a fatal fire....

hence, by your numerous experience as an import agent would you make aware of such facts but somehow you claimed otherwise...

finally, i did not agree to the items being discarded as per your mail where i've only agreed for them to be donated to welfare bodies in the States...

if you are not agreeable to this, then it would left me with no choice but to demand a full refund of my purchase due to your negligence even though i know your ethics as agent is much left to be desired...

As an agent, once you accept people's order, you are responsible for its successful delivery whereby you can't just take people money and later claiming ignorance the item can't be shipped out from the States...

moreover, you should mentioned clearly in your 1st post what orders can be accepted and what can't and that indicates your 1st negligent act...

to cut the story short, trying to evade responsibility by overlooking on material facts is pure lying, ie. claiming refrigerant can be liquid is just plain silly as its shows the lack of knowledge in basics science - refrigerant is only in liquid phase if its compressed...
