He did come but at a much later time, there is something wrong with his hp, I couldnt get in touch with him even I have arrived earlier, sent 3 SMSes and tried to call him 3 times, but the msg I got is the number dialled cannot be reach.

I had to wait for like 45 mins like you then I received a call from a land line which is obviously from him stating that he will be there within 10 minutes as he lived nearby. Then he came in his car and at the parking lot outside of the station, we met up, he handed my items and the deal is very successful.

I wonder, are you the guy which carries 2 bags? You may have seen me, I wore specs in white shirt, bleach pants and orange backpack.

Anyhow one thing for sure, I had confirmed our COD session via email in the morning with our hp numbers informed therefore he called me from his home (i guess) when he realised his hp is not working. So I guessed you gotta re-confirmed your COD session along with your hp no with the template provided in the 1st page, that way he will bring your items along. Like today I dun think he had other things in his car except my items.
