B&H got UPS Ground mah - only 1 day slower than UPS 3-Day and even cheaper than USPS.

On the one hand, you keep asking people to e-mail you. On the other hand, when people do e-mail you ... I think I've sent you 4 e-mails regarding the COD sessions. NOT A SINGLE REPLY EITHER THRU E-MAIL OR PHONE. NO ACKNOWLEDGEMENT, NO CONFIRMATION, NOTHING. And you didn't let me have your phone #, so there is no other way for me to contact you.

Today, I went to Universiti LRT station in the hope that I might bump into you. I waited from 12PM till 12:45PM for some sign of someone who might be you. No such luck. I had e-mailed you as you requested, and I went there in spite of your no-replies cos I was hoping to be able to meet you. I practically gave up my lunch hour and waited 45 mins without lunch before giving up and heading back to my office.

You posted at 8:06AM that there would be a COD session at 12PM - that's 4 hours' notice. Do you think we could just drop everything we're doing and just rush out to COD with you? Some of us are working adults, and we don't the time to keep up this ding-dong ding-dong ding-dong thing just to be able to collect our stuff.

I have been very patient all this while. Could you please settle this COD thing for once and for all so that we don't have to keep chasing you and hoping for a reply from you?

It's OK, I've cooled off. CODed with TS at 8PM session. Items were intact except for a gift box, which probably got damaged during shipping or Kastam handling (who knows?). It's a flimsy gift box anyway, and I managed to glue it back together, although not as good as new. Oh well.

Caerulln, thanks for waiting an extra half-hour for me. There were very long queues for tickets at Masjid Jamek LRT station, so I could not get there any faster.
