In amazon, there's this (FREE Super Saver Shipping on orders over $25.)

I have an order here with over $25, what if i bought my item, and send it to your address in the US, and you just charge me for the item and the shipping fee from you to my place...would it be cheaper? it's 3KG in total weight.
