A deadline should be set, as to when is the last day for all items to arrive in FL. If shipping is delayed or orders we to be made on last min, then its the buyers fault for not doing it sooner or just bad luck.
Delaying this bulk on these issues is just not fair on the others that do it on time.
It might seem as a selfish thing on my part, but its fair to all.
IMHO.

Bro,
I suggest that future bulks have a cut off date for last orders n also a cut off date for shipment to arrive. After this set date.. all items are to bring forward to the next bulk.
Its fair to those that ordered early n didnt do it last minute.
Sometimes its not the buyers fault that shipment arrive late, but we cant wait for all items to arrive rite..??
