I was hoping that our government allow graffiti like Indonesia government does.
Graffiti artists simply send the graffiti draft & location (like pillars, empty walls..not everywhere though) & once approved (only tasteful ones will be accepted of course), they can do what they like legally. No need to rush & running from cops. & we can enjoy free arts instead of watching dull gray pillars when stuck in traffic
I don't see anything bad with tasteful graffiti. At least graffiti lover will have some legal options.
