lai give me some advice .. i got a laptop .. Now i hav money budget around 4k .. should i buy another laptop ? or just buy a pc ?

i hav family problem .. my mom n my sis n me not ngam wif my father adi ..
my father like to gila when ever he feel he wan to gila 0o
he nearly throw my laptop last few months .
den we have a huge argue wif him n move out from this hs to my grandma there
becuz of my study , me n my mom move back here , n now i own a room ^^
but few days later , he gila again n plug all my wire ...
den my uncle (his bro) come n hav a serious talk wif him ..
we hav a agreement tht he cannot kacau me till i graduated in one more year .. or we goin sell this hs half money to my mom n half to my him...
so till now , he still ok la ..

u noe la ... when format de , nid install back those driver like sound , lan every thing .. aww pening .. for example , my lappy , dell .. got give a cd driver , evrything inside , so when format can just put the cd back n install back .. if custom , they will give tht too ??
