p/s: about lappy i duno.. but if u talk about pc, then can actually buy parts by parts like motherboard, processor, ram, all seperately and build ownself...

Nop those are native reso, you can crank it as high as you like
Btw native reso for 32 inch is much higher, the oni think you;ll need to be wary of is its native reso too high
