yeah, but i think ipay88 will kill a small business. if its a big business, should be ok. because they charge setup, monthly fee and on top of that transaction charges too.

nbepay website is down, anyway they ask u to pay setup fee too, and RM48x12 in advance.

i guess small businesses will find it hard to use their services. lol.
i havent done my research on paypal, but i am using them. So far they havent charged me a huge fee |
