As the game begins, the war between heaven and hell is wrapping up, and the demons appear to have won. Led by The Destroyer-the central bad guy of the game-they've turned the Earth into a wasteland. As you move through the world, you'll find it populated with all kinds of dregs from the underworld, from huge burly demons to monstrous sand worms and everything else that haunts your dreams in between. Occasionally, you'll encounter a demon and an angel still skirmishing, and considering how massive both are, that's a pretty exciting show to watch. You'll be itching to get involved in the fight because, well, you're War. I mean, come on.

The action is a seamless blend of melee-attack combos, intense shooting action and, of course, a little horseplay. Don't forget, you are one of the four Horsemen of the Apocalypse, so where would you be without your trusty steed, Ruin? He's not just for transport either; you can use your weapons and special attacks while mounted on his fiery back, and he has some special moves and attacks of his own, as any supernatural horse of the apocalypse should.

The overall structure of the game is the open world, in the sandbox-style that has become so ubiquitous as of late, but does seem well suited to the subject matter here. There is a large city that has been ravaged by the war between the angels and demons, with destruction everywhere you look and humans turned into zombie-like husks. You're free to roam the city, but you'll find certain parts inaccessible until later in the game.

My comment : OMG a "post apocalyptic demon infested world" game is like a dream come true . Hope this surpass every similar games at the past , especially the crappy disappointing Hellgate : London . Tight combo and sandbox gameplay , Im in man .....

Screen tearing is the least of my concern, because it freezes frequently on me, godamn game... I want the freaking patch NOWWW!!!

i just update the patch...no more screen tearing...but i think i can notice a frame rate drop.
now i think the game runs on 30 fps,before update i'm pretty sure its 60fps.

slow motion?.. slalu ke leenaz?.. aku main rasanya xde problem..

Looks like its a bad game after all. I did notice kinda lagging when i try perform combo,, a strange feeling dat it takes time to react whenever i press d attack button.
