resetting ecu does have its benefits.
I got my car from dealer for more than 6 months and the engine felt alright etc. The other day i took out my battery to do something...plug it back in.... the engine now operates much better. More responsive and better performance overall. Not by much OF COURSE but better. I guess because the car was filled with ron97 from factory till the dealer and when i got it, i hv been pumping ron95 till today. So resetting it causes it to relearn the setting due to different fuel type and run more efficient accordingly.
So yes... resetting the ecu does have its benefits.
