Feedback Used Acer 4520, getting it to work

I recently purchased an Acer Laptop Model 4520...It was only 1 month old when I purchased it. It seems the guy who bought it new has it stuck in safe mode. I tried to go into system restore to do away with this problem, but once in System Restore it asks for the empowered password. (which of course this guy can't remember)
Any suggestion on what to do to get this up and running????? |
