Hi, i am beginner in stock trading.

I am using the online buying stock system and in the system, the duration for the stock is categorize into
- session
- day
- good till date

Whats that mean?

And regarding the stock, for example, the klk, there got "klk, klk-ce , klk-cf" , i have just called the securieties company and they said the -ce and -cf is like the extra share to increase the capital, and it got certaion period, and 5 -ce can form the mother share , but need to add Rm16 , is it true ? The Rm16 is each lot or the whole ?

Session - you key in order only valid for a session and will be automatically cancelled if order doesn't match, (one day got 2 sesssion, morning and afternoon)

Day - order valid for the whole day, if you put an order in the morning and doesn't get match then afternoon still proceed until the 5.00pm when market close for the day.

Order put in afternoon, either session and day make no difference.

Good till date - You order valid until the date you set, unless getting matched.

XXX-CA, or XXX-CF is the call warrant. The person give you 'extra share to increase capital' has been misleading you.

Yes there is a exercise price on call warrant. Google it out on the warrant and call warrant information, had been discussed before in the General FAQ and others begineer thread, or there are plenty website that explain it.

Please go to Investopedia and do the tutorial and then proceed to go to KLSE webpage and read their FAQ. And also do the tutorial for your online user interface, so you understand the functions.

I believe they do have quite a good tutorial system for stock market beginners.

No, call warrant has nothing to do with the company capital increment, in fact, call warrant has nothing to do with the company at all. No relationship between CW and company capital issue. Ordinary company warrant, yes, it does potential increase the paid up capital, but no CW as CW is issued by third party.

Like skiddtrader said, do some tutorial about it before starting investing or committing. As a rule of thumb, don't invest until you are aware of and fully known the risk involved. Money doesn't come easily, so please don't 'burn' money simply.
