Refinancing, Whats the requirements

I need some help here. Can i refinance my house even if it is still within lock period?
I know got some charges if change bank. I was wondering if i was refinancing with the same bank and renego to get better and current interest rates. can it be done? thanks |

Can be done. You can read the Refinance Guide to understand more about property refinancing. Check out is it worth to refinance even if your existing loan still within the lock in period.
