QUOTE
Robert Ludlum's The Bourne Conspiracy(tm) is a third-person action game blending hunter-prey game play through a seamless mix of hand-to-hand fighting, gunplay and dramatic escapes, all designed around Jason Bourne's signature combat style.

Developed by High Moon in collaboration with Ludlum Entertainment, and with story and character development in conjunction with Bourne screenwriter Tony Gilroy, the game is a companion to the blockbuster films and best-selling novels. Players experience a new storyline in The Bourne Conspiracy, becoming Bourne as both trained assassin and marked government agent trying to uncover the conspiracy shrouding his origins. Core to the game play is Bourne's definition as a perfect weapon with heightened combat instinct, where players use his characteristic capabilities to recognize threats, perform devastating takedown moves and use the environment to overcome deadly situations.

Become the perfect weapon. Become Bourne.

Release Date : June 3rd.

Soundtrack : Produce by Paul Oakenfold. (i think)
Here's Paul performing live...

Hmm.... something to fill the time before Conviction.

Let see how close they stick to the books.

The car chasing in Bourne triolgoy are classic, not to mention the awesome fighting scene by applying the non-lethal real world object as weapon, ala Jack Chan style with Bourne charm. thumbup.gif

Can't try the demo because it's not available in SG region (my account). Although GAME UK is giving out hard copy of the demo but too lazy to go get it...

So...anyone who tried it, share your impression please tongue.gif

Footage i recorded from my demo walkthrough has been sitting in my harddrive for quite sometime already, so...just gona post it up if anyone interested since the demo is region locked to some.

Highlight : Fighting - Shooting - Driving
Oh, see if you can spot Sam Fisher tongue.gif

The gameplay is like Shenmue/Fahrenheit meet Stranglehold with abit of crazy driving sequence. I wasn't expecting this when i boot up the demo, the first *deeeddeedeeedeeedee* press-Y element kinda shock me.... sweat.gif

If it's an original story maybe it's worth a shot, but now we know the story of Jason Bourne and the gameplay is straight forward....aiks. Sam Fisher, stop drinking booze!

Tried my hands on the game.
There is a lot of cutscene during game play, maybe a little too much.

My early impressions,

* A fantastic new approach to the story of Bourne, rather than just motion picture adaptation.
* The fist fights are just way too cool. It is like watching a movie rather than button mashing.
* The controls are a bit awkward at times when trying to take cover and running around. Maybe this can be configured but i never bother to.
* A bit repetitive with the enemies modelling. Seems like all of them looks the same.
* During fist fights, it has a good way of interaction with the surrounding.

the game is short. only 11 levels and damn easy too. the hand to hand combat of the game is quite cool. as if u're conducting the fight scene.
