i got bad experience with Segaria Auto..im looking for another mechanics now

my steering wheel rattles, mr raja said the problem comes from the broken steering rack bush..need to replace the bush..after replacement done, it still rattles..

he said after alignment the problem will 100% solve..i drove my car for about 1 week to let the bush settle, then did the alignment..

after that, PROBLEM STILL NOT SOLVED!!!

met mr raja, he said it still not solved coz im using aftermarket extractor, so the engine got vibration..

ya, i agree that aftermarket extractor contribute to some vibration as compared to stock exhaust manifold, but not until the steering wheel behaves like that..

he said, i need to change back to ori exhaust manifold ..aiyyo, ori one cost more than rm1k la mr raja..then bla bla bla....




long story cut short, i went to another mechanics, he said steering column already not tight..i bought a new steering column, replaced it & now PROBLEM SOLVED....

Added on January 12, 2011, 11:29 pmanother problem detected today, because of Segaria Auto..

my car crankshaft oil seal is leaking..timing belt kit already changed by Mr Raja & his mechanic last 4 months.

mileage clocked just 20K km..

WTF!!!!

Mr Raja just spoilt my car la..

unless u like to hear Mr Raja talk, then u can proceed going there..

for me, he only knows to talk..practically also lacks of knowledge on certain area

i only expect major work to be done perfectly, not immediately..timing belt is a crucial part la bro..if exposed to hot engine oil, the belt will kong & crack faster..

when the belt snap, u will be crazy on how much the cost u need to repair all the bengkok valves..

i bet, Mr Raja will come with excuses if u ask him to refund..

do let Mr Raja baiyya repair your car..and you will know what will happen..

and good luck waiting for the spare parts from morning till evening

btw, im not the only one that complain about Mr Raja work..

i never had ECU problems with my ride, i never went to Mr Raja workshop with arrogant attitude, i never called him pengemis..do u ever read my complaint in previous post?

and i never involve my business with this matter..be professional, dont make false accusation..

this is an open discussion like what Sandwich mentioned..not a false accusation thread..

all service i done at Segaria, for sure i need to go for 2nd time due to problem arises..
